- Holding yards available for use when booking either the Sand Arena or Main Arena - Please advise Council at the time of booking if holding yards are required and the number of stock that will be at the event

Rosewood Cultural Centre
Please note that whilst a commercial kitchen is available, this facility is dry hire only with users required to bring their own catering equipment.
From Tuesday 7 January 2025, the responsibility for the management, coordination of use and bookings of the Rosewood Cultural Centre will be the responsibility of the Community Facilities team.

A permit/licence is required to use the following areas within Rosewood Showgrounds. Using the information provided please ensure you select an area suitable for your event.
Standard Conditions for each area can be viewed below. To apply for a Park & Facility Use Permit/Licence please complete an application form for assessment of your proposed event.
Please view the area conditions prior to applying for a permit/licence.
The permit holder must produce for inspection, the permit granted by the local government, upon request of an authorised person.
