Following a club's AGM, it is important that the club update their committee members and contact
details with Council. Please ensure the Club Contact Form (PDF, 89.6 KB) is filled out and submitted to Council via sportrecreation@ipswich.qld.gov.au
Please note that in this form it is asked that you provide a preferred contact. The responsibilities of this preferred contact are:
- To be your club's representative when liaising with Council
- To pass on relevant information from Council back to committee members
- To inform Council of any relevant changes to your club or committee members
- To complete annual Council reporting requirements

Sporting community and facility updates will be provided to assist organisations with club operations, club planning, events and community promotion. Information will be issued as required and also communicated through the Sport Ipswich Facebook page
