is a celebration of two cultures. Japanese and

Australian flora and design elements combine

harmoniously to create a place of beauty

and tranquillity.

Enjoy a guided tour of the gardens with

interpretation of the key design elements before

arriving at the Japanese Tea House.

Conducted by your host, the Japanese tea

ceremony is a traditional cultural activity

involving the ceremonial preparation and

presentation of

matcha

(powdered green tea).

Flat shoes are recommended and footwear

will need to be removed before entering the

Tea House.
